Guías Cara Oculta

We are the Guides of the Hidden Face of Moncayo and we are going to show it to you with the solidity that only professional guides can give you. Much of our effort goes into climbing training and leisure programs, although we also offer other variants and modalities so that you can benefit from everything we have learned from this part of the peninsula. We do it through:

- Guided activities: with different profiles so that the entire family can accommodate them. We can organize basic level climbing sessions or take you to the ferratas of Mora or Sorrosal among others, seeing how places like Mallos de Riglos rise before us.

If you dare to climb ridges, we like to go to the ridges of Paset al Marbore or the one called the Three Counselors on the Pico de Neouvielle. To prepare you can join a full-day climbing initiation outing.

- Courses with specific contents: with which we teach you such interesting and necessary concepts how to learn to fall safely, correctly and losing fear. You can also focus on the fundamentals of sport climbing with the sessions we do in Calcena, or decide on classic climbing at any time of the year.

With Hidden Face Guides you finally have specific training regarding mountain climbing. We believe that safety should be the common point in any ascent, which is why we will teach you to make it your main concern in any expedition through knowledge of the different materials and techniques.

The different courses that we usually offer you are about:

- Sport climbing: while we remain outdoors, you will learn the bases of this discipline by locating what physical qualities we need for its practice. We will reserve an important space to learn about the material used and how it keeps us safe.

- Classic climbing: with which we focus on those walls in the mountain that are not equipped, taking into account those that consist of more than one pitch. We will show you ways to progress and protect yourself during the activity, so you will gain autonomy to go out on your own.

- Learn how to fall: after a climb, intentionally or unconsciously, we can fall while the ropes secure us. With these lessons we will know the correct way to do it so that our security is not compromised.

- Self-rescue: it is important that oneself know how to act in case of danger. We will tell you how to anticipate problems that may arise to avoid them whenever possible.

At Hidden Face Guides we transfer our specialty in climbing to other activities that have a lot to do with our main occupation. This way we give you multi-adventure options accessible to both full groups and families with children. In the case of the via ferrata, these are some of the ones we take you on:

- La ferrata de la Mora: from Murillo de Gállego we will face this section equipped to climb Peña Rueba. What we love are the views that we will have along the path of the Agüero mallos without anyone having to stay at home because it is a fairly easy itinerary.

- Vía del Puente de Capurno: it is in Morata de Jalón and will allow us to follow the course of the river seeing torcas like those of Chodes in a short but very fun section.

- Via ferrata Hipocratica: it is the one that will allow us to see the natural settings that flank the La Ojosa ravine. We will approach this route from the Hidden Face of Moncayo on an ascending walk without difficulty for any age.

- The Sorrosal Waterfall: we will find this ferrata near the town of Broto and its beauty lies in the fact that it is already part of the landscapes of the Ordesa and Monte Perdido National Park strong>.

We ensure that each participant learns correctly to progress by placing one instructor for a maximum of 6 assistants.
