The sports we propose are quite simple and can be done by anyone without a very advanced level. With us you can do canyoning (both aquatic and terrestrial and in different categories for beginners and almost professionals), travel the river aboard a canoe, kayak or canoes practicing rafting through rapids and currents of the Mijares River >.

You can come with your friends to our Paintball facilities to play a game in which you will download adrenaline and release all the tension that you have accumulated. We also have a farm where you can enjoy a day with activities typical of a capea such as cuts with the steers and a great meal in our restaurant.

From Ideal Live we organize a series of activities with canoes and kayaks in the Arenoso reservoir in Valencia.

Handling this type of canoe may seem simple but it requires some dexterity in whitewater. However, at Ideal Live we want you to be able to kayak or canoeing whatever your level is and for this we have prepared our boats inside a reservoir. The most advantaged will travel the rapids along a route that our monitors will direct.

Our canoes and kayaks are self-emptying so they are unsinkable. For this reason, you can do all the activities that we propose in Ideal Live in complete safety. We have two types of canoeing and kayaking:

• Kayaking in calm waters: this is the best activity to start down the river. The minimum group to enjoy it is 6 people. You can bring the youngest of the family as long as they are over 6 years old and can swim. Choose between single, double or triple boats to explore the swamp reaching the most hidden corners
• River canoeing: this activity requires a certain skill, although if you do not have experience, our monitors will help you by giving you instructions so that you can do it in the best possible way. Due to its greater difficulty, the descent down the river can only be done by those over 12 years of age who can swim well. No minimum group is necessary for this activity and you will drive an individual canoe.

Both activities can be done throughout the year due to the good climate in the Valencia area and the duration of both the Kayak tour and the Canoeing descent is half a day.

With us you will travel the best ravines of the Valencian community in two modalities:

• Overland ravines: you will cross the Penyagolosa ravine in Castellón on a half-day excursion. In this ravine you will learn the technique of rappelling and you will descend and climb a wall from which you will enjoy unparalleled views.
• Water canyons: unlike dry canyons, the activities we propose for canyons with water are more fun and full of adrenaline and extreme emotions. You will swim through rapids crossing currents and natural waterfalls of the river, you will cross canyons, pools and cavities to end up launching yourself by a zip line.

For both activities the minimum age we require is 14 years old and it is necessary to know how to swim fluently. Due to the characteristics of the activity, we recommend that if you want to do canyoning (with us or in general) you do not have vertigo or problems with heights and strong emotions.

We will leave the equipment to you, you will have to bring comfortable sportswear for both modalities (and swimsuit for the descents of water canyons), sunscreen for any time of the year, boots or shoes with a suitable sole to travel difficult terrain, clothing for spare and eager to spend a different day in the mountains.

The Mijares River is the ideal place for rafting in the Valencia area. From Ideal Live we want you to enjoy a fun day going down rapids and crossing currents at full speed on top of one of our boats.

If you want to explore the river in a different way and enjoying strong emotions in the company of your friends, we will organize a descent down the river. We leave you all the necessary equipment: wetsuit, helmet, paddles, life jackets and, of course, the boats to navigate downstream.

If you come to our facilities you can play paintball with your friends in three different scenarios. Each one has its own environment and more than 4000 square meters with great details so that you can fully get into the game.
