Riera d'Agres

At Riera d’Agres we organize multi-adventure activities and camps in an enclave surrounded by nature. Our hostel is located at the foot of the Serra de Mariola Natural Park, where the snow wells dating from the seventeenth century are located.

This privileged enclave is perfect for practicing adventure activities, which is why we organize a summer camp for children between 6 and 14 years old. All the activities that take place in these coexistence are adapted to the vital moment of the participants, aware of the different needs that the youngest of those who are touching adolescence have.

We also offer hiking trails along bridle paths through the Sierra de Marional, where you will discover water springs and walk surrounded by a great botanical wealth.

The guides are professionals who know this area perfectly, they will tell you the stories and curiosities of the places you pass through.

Riere d’Agres organizes hiking routes through the province of Alicante. You can do routes of one or several days and spend the night in our facilities. Come with your friends, family or colleagues from work, you choose the company and we will show you where the most important ecological values of the area reside.

Our hostel is located at the foot of the Sierra de Mariola Natural Park. It is in this area where the so-called "snow wells" dating from the seventeenth century are located. The same happens with the Cava Gran or Cava Arquejada, the Cava d'En Miquel ... We are also very close to the Montcabrer peak, which has a maximum height of 1389 meters.

Access to these places is through the horseshoe paths that pass through the humbría of the sierra where we will find the water springs and we will walk surrounded by the botanical wealth that makes the natural park famous: aromatic and medicinal plants. We will have the opportunity to learn more details about them.

At Riera d’Agres we organize summer camps for children from 6 to 14 years old in the months of July and August. These ranches are nourished by our trajectory as a school farm, in which we intend to educate the little ones through the recovery of native uses and customs.

In addition, the contact of the students with the animals that inhabit our facilities is very beneficial for their development.

The Riera d’Agres camps last 7 days and are managed in small groups to guarantee comprehensive care for each child.

They will have:

- Accommodation on a full board basis with homemade meals.

- Activities in the farm itself and workshops in which we will return to the artisan way of doing things.

- Excursions in the natural environment that surrounds the facilities.

- Swimming pool for free time.

- Night games to share experiences before going to sleep.

In our rural hostel we have options for adults and children on weekends and long weekends. You can also request dates for school and university groups.
