In each of our outings we combine social and environmental tourism with the Liébana Valley , our two great passions. Therefore, you can choose between the following routes that we have prepared so that nature lovers like you and us, enjoy the best way:

• Ecorutas where we go into nature, on the less traveled paths to walk accompanied by the sounds of the forest. We will discover birds of prey, footprints and traces of mammals, orchids and butterflies, which will make our experience something unique. We also have excursions of several days through the most impressive enclaves of our places.

• Donkey days . From 2-hour family workshops to donkey trips of 3, 4 and 5 days to get to know Liébana at a donkey's pace.

• Escape room. Aldonza's Secret is the name of our most anticipated escapism game. If you like to decipher secrets under pressure, we also have the perfect activity for you. An escape room game in which you will have an hour to find out Aldonza's Secret. In this experience, mental speed will be your best ally.

• Camps multi-adventure. Our nature camps are ideal to unwind for a few days. At the foot of the Picos de Europa we will enjoy unbeatable moments. Nights in shelters in the middle of the mountain, donkey tours, research workshops and much more for you to have a great time.

If you want to enter Cantabrian landscapes and feel like a globetrotter, come to the multi-adventure camps that in Senda Naturaleza we organize just below The Picos de Europa , this year, available on 2 dates, from July 4 to 10 , and from July 18 to 24 .

The environment in which we find ourselves never ceases to amaze us. The hostel is located right on the border of the Picos de Europa National Park, and if we add to this that our monitors reside in the valley itself, you will know in advance that you are going to know the best and most special corners of the best hands.

Our camps are specialized in nature because we have a team of biologists with more than 10 years working in environmental education, leisure and free time. And it is that our passion for nature will be reflected in each of the activities that we have prepared for you.

The fact that we also have small groups, where we feel comfortable and safe, will make us spend unforgettable days with the family.

We stayed at the Cabañes hostel, right on the edge of the Picos de Europa National Park. We will sleep in large camping tents, with a box spring and mattress, located in the hostel facilities. As soon as we wake up we will have in front of the imposing Peña Ventosa. An attempt will be made to maintain the nucleus of coexistence (brothers, cousins or friends in each store).

The hostel has an independent room reserved just for us in which we will carry out a workshop and it will be our private dining room and we will even have b years of our own in the hostel.

We know that you enjoy a good intrigue session mixed with the odd scare. That is why at Nature Trail we have prepared a escape room game that will leave you with the best taste in your mouth.

We cannot talk much about what happens in the Medieval Village of Potes , because what happens no one can explain. The families that were at odds there, the Manriques and the Mendonzas , made sure that episodes happened that all the inhabitants wanted to forget, despite the fact that the legend urban there will remain.

" Aldonza's Secret ", is the name of our escape game. You will put yourself to the test through its different levels that you will have to overcome in less than 60 minutes , if what you want is to escape from that cursed city and tell everyone what really happened in its darkest time. Wit and mental ability will be on your side if you know how to use them wisely.

You will have all the necessary material to pass the tests. We ourselves will give you the guidelines so that you can be victorious. But remember that brute strength will be of no use to you, they will be exercises of concentration and improvement in which you will have to work as a team.

An ideal way to spend a different day is to do one of our donkey rides . At Senda Naturaleza we are experts in these animals and their care, so we guarantee that their well-being goes above all else. Come to the Liébana Valley where we will teach you everything about this animal and we will visit the valleys Cantabrians in the best company.

The first thing we will do is brushing to interact with our precious donkeys. With this technique we will help to improve its hygiene, since it is not very fond of water, to later feed the equines. They are herbivores and love hay and grass, although their diet also includes a peculiar variety of vegetables.

We will get to know this descendant of the ass up close, we will learn that they are especially docile, intelligent and that they can bear great loads on top.

After establishing a special bond, we will go on a very special route through the valleys, in which the animals will walk alongside us. Only the smallest ones can be mounted on their spines .

On the burril route we will call them by name: Senda, Lupe, Catalán, Paco, Mordisquitos, Cuco and Katta will be grateful that you address them in a more intimate and personal way.

To protect them, the elderly will walk by their side and thus avoid unnecessary large loads. But the little ones will ride on them so that they end up totally "falling in love" with these special animals.
