Your vacation does not have to be synonymous with mass tourism which, far from providing you with good times, only increases the tensions we go through throughout the year. At Illustrated Traveler we break the concept of the traditional tourist to base ourselves on a proposal that allows you to really get to know the places you visit.

Our routes and excursions can take up the whole day or half of it, customizing the itineraries with a minimum of 2 participants. We also take care of sharing our group tours with you or showing you Pamplona with a guided tour. Some of the ideas that may inspire you are:

- The Camino de Santiago: we opted for the part that runs from Roncesvalles to Logroño.

- The Navarrese Pyrenees: where we know splendid valleys such as Roncal or Aézkoa near the Irati Forest.

- Tierra Estella visiting the Urederra, the Bardenas Reales or an approach to Medieval Navarra where towns like Ujué and Olite await you.

In any of them we will help you reach the essence of this part of the northern peninsula.

At Illustrated Traveler we will be your company and your guides for those excursions through the Community of Navarra in which you hope to be nourished by its landscapes without large crowds interfering with it.

The routes we prepare have various durations that seek to adapt to the time you have available. This results in half-day expeditions along with other full-day expeditions that do not exclude the option of arranging the route to follow in a personalized way. Some of them are:

- To Zugarramurdi and Arizkun: it will show us the greenest places in Basque-speaking areas that belong to the Baztán Valley.

- Continuing through the Baztán from Elizondo and the Señorío de Bertiz: where we will see the peculiar garden that accompanies this construction.

- Ochagavía, Roncal and Belagua: a trip through the Navarrese Pyrenees with which we enter among small towns located in the mountains that maintain many of the traditions of yesteryear.

- Camino de Santiago through Tierra Estella or from the Pyrenees: we will head along the section of your choice following the indications that this pilgrimage route leaves us.

Illustrated Traveler aims to be your host in Navarra so that you can enjoy its wonderful nature and great historical and cultural wealth.

Thinking especially of those independent travelers who dislike large groups, we offer guided tours of Pamplona and tours of Navarra in a private vehicle with driver-guide for a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 7. On the tours we pick you up at your hotel (Pamplona area and region).

The tours we offer are:

• Half day: possible destinations are the Bardenas Reales of Navarra, the Camino de Santiago: Roncesvalles or Estella land, Nacedero del Urederra, Olite and Ujué, Leyre monastery and Javier castle…

• Full-time: ideal to see the valleys and mountains of Navarra: Selva de Irati and Ochagavía, Baztán Valley and Zugarramurdi caves, Roncal and Salazar valley , medieval Navarra: Olite, Ujué, Sangüesa, Leyre Monastery, Javier castle...
