Meet the varied landscapes of Lanzarote in paragliding with the experienced instructors of Volcano Fly. You'll be sharing tandem flight with a team of professionals with several decades of both work and sports experience in competitions around the world.
To fly paragliding is not necessary a minimum age but we are guided by the weight for safety. The passenger must have at least 40 kilos and it is better not to exceed 100. With this unique requirement, the pilot's instructions, and a couple of steps forward so that the paraglider is fully deployed it starts the adventure. It can take place at different points that we adapt to the weather conditions of the day:
- Caleta de Famara : It is a location where the current blows from the west to the north with a stretch of climb to the takeoff slope that will take some effort although we will be rewarded by the views. Available in 30 and 60 minute journeys.
- Órzola: is in the northern part of the island and from this town we can also leave for half or 1 hour, always depending on the weather.
- La Graciosa : it is an island next to the island of Lanzarote until we can reach with certain types of current. Because of their distance, all these flights last one hour.
