Aventura Casares

Welcome to Aventura Casares, a project that was born out of love for nature on the Costa del Sol.

In Malaga, next to the province of Cádiz, is Casares, an Andalusian town full of white houses and steep, narrow streets. We are located between the Strait of Gibraltar, the Serranía de Ronda and the coast, Protected Natural Areas of Andalusia.

It is popular for its Sierra Bermeja Natural Park, where there is a mountain of volcanic origin known as reddish or vermilion. Very few plants grow in this area, among them some plants that only grow in Andalusia, the endemisms.

We have different activities so that you can live the best experiences in Casares. On the one hand we have a zip line that you can do in thirty seconds, since it has a 180 meter route and 80 meters high. With this zip line you can go almost over the top of the urban area, from which you can see the historical center of Casares.

On the other hand, we also have two types of via ferrata, the first lasts 60 minutes and is easy, since it goes directly to the ruins of Casares Castle and does not include any monkey bridge. The other via ferrata is the same in terms of duration and difficulty, but this one is more fun since it has two monkey bridges and a longer route of up to 98 meters.

Among the sports we have to offer you, we have one of the three best zip lines in Malaga! But we have something even much better, ourvia ferrata.

You can choose two types of via ferrata, both are of easy difficulty and are located on the wall of the Tajo de La Planá, right where it is located the Casares Castle and its ruins.

The two routes are made up of stairs, steps and monkey bridges so you can practice this sport moving along its limestone wall.

The firsthas a gradient of 62 meters, a route of 81 meters without mono bridges, and lasts approximately 1 hour. It is divided into 15 minutes to access, 35 minutes of ferrata and 10 minutes of return.

The second via ferrata has the same level of difficulty and has the same duration as the previous one, what differentiates it is its difference in altitude of 50 meters along with its route of 98 meters. Plus, it hastwo mono bridges! This makes the adventure much more fun.

With Aventura Casares you can enjoy many outdoor activities, but one of the most exciting is this zip line that lasts 30 seconds.

Casares is located next to Cádiz within the province of Málaga. This place is known for being the town in Malaga where Blas Infante, the Father of the Andalusian Homeland, was born.

We will leave from Puerto de la Cruz, and our meeting point will be right at the entrance to Casares, along the El Chaparral Panoramic Walk. The route is from Las Peñuelas to Molinos Street.

It has an impressive route of 80 meters high and 180 meters long it is one of the longest zip lines and among the 3 best in Malaga!

Observe the whitewashed houses of this beautiful Andalusian town, while you do an activity full of adrenaline and skim the sky on a zip line. You can see the entire historic center from above!
