This sport consists of the descent of a raging river aboard an inflatable boat, made of neoprene and resistant to the blows of rocks and their abrasion.

The capacity of these boats ranges between 2 and 14 crew members. The helmsman, who sits on the port side, is essential for the steering of the boat and gives instructions to the rest of the crew to guide it. His blade is longer and stronger than the rest of the crew.

The practice of Mountain Bike or Mountain Bike consists of cycling on roads, cross country or on a mountain terrain on a bicycle whose frame, fork and other components are different from other bicycles.
