The Nautical School of Navarra FRAM is a center dedicated to the theoretical and practical training necessary to obtain the different nautical qualifications that exist and are required to handle this type of pleasure craft.

Our school is located in Pamplona and has the best theoretical facilities so that your teaching is perfect. Classes will be taught by fully trained teaching staff with many years of experience at sea.

We have two types of boats:

• HAMSE 370

• Bavaria 42 cruiser

The Escuela Náutica Navarra FRAM offers you the courses so that you can obtain the qualifications that the Spanish standard requires for the government of nautical and recreational boats of different lengths and in different navigation areas.

The courses will always be carried out with an audiovisual presentation method with your own slides that will allow you to learn easily in the theoretical and practical field. The main objective is for the student to become familiar as soon as possible with the environment of the ship, navigation and the sea.

The degrees that you can prepare in our school are:

• Pattern for Basic Navigation- PNB : Government of sailing vessels up to 8 meters in length and motor boats up to 7.5 meters, for local navigation, within 5 miles. It also trains to handle jet skis

• Recreational Boat Pattern - PE A: Government of recreational boats up to 12 meters, for coastal navigation, within 12 miles.

• Yacht Skipper - PY : Government of motor or sailing boats up to 20 meters in length, navigating within 60 miles.

• Captain of Yacht - CY : The title of Captain of Yacht allows the government of motor or motor and sailing pleasure boats without limitations regarding the navigation area and the machine power or characteristics of the boat.
