Costa da Morte Surf Club is a company dedicated to the organization of activities at sea. We operate as a SURF, SUP and SKATE school.

We are located on Barrañán beach, one of the reference beaches in Galician surfing, very close to the sandy beaches of Sabón and Baldaio, just 20 minutes from La Coruña

We teach our classes at:

- SUP: Barrañán and Santa Cristina where we take advantage of the waters especially when they are calmer.
- Surfing classes: on the coasts of Barrañán where we teach you to maintain a routine of balance and exercises with the board that you can incorporate into your daily life as a surfer.
- Skate lessons: in the streets of Barañán to complete the day when we have finished the session in the sea.

We have a magnificent group of professionals, with experience in the sector and with a long history. They will provide you with fast and safe learning, putting all their knowledge at your service.

Our beach offers special conditions for surfing. In the different stretches of beach you will find the ideal characteristics for different levels, from beginners to advanced.

Anyone with a minimum of physical fitness can enjoy this sport.

At Costa da Morte Surf Club we bring you the basic principles of this sport so that you can start practicing it from the first moment.

We advise you not to try to get started by yourself, our instructors will instruct you safely in suitable learning environments. You will not need a specific physical form since our courses are adapted to your circumstances:

- Level A Initiation : during 6 hours of classes we will seek for you to acquire enough theoretical and practical knowledge so that you can navigate autonomously without taking risks.

- Level B Improvement : available for those who have already taken an introductory course. Over 4 hours we will try to improve your technique and navigation skills.

- Advanced C Level : this program, for expert athletes, adapts to the student's request. We will tackle basic jumping, surfkite, racing and extreme maneuvers as far as you want to go.

- Private level : individual classes for all levels in which personalized attention is guaranteed.

In all the courses we will provide you with the equipment , consisting of a kite, board, vest, harness, helmet and wetsuit. You will also be covered by our liability insurance.

At Surfari Surf Camp Paddle Surf we invite you to know this new discipline in which you will have to stand up on a large surface board and walk on the waves with a paddle.

Paddle Surf has many advantages for those seeking a calmer mode since it is easy to learn, is accessible to everyone and has many variants.

We have prepared the following SUP courses :

- Basic SUP : we will teach you the basic knowledge to stand on the board and be able to row during a round trip.

- SUP Perfect : we will advance your technical knowledge so that you can navigate safely and gain autonomy.

- SUP Wave’s : you will take one more step in stand up paddle learning to catch waves.

Classes are available individually or in groups with durations of one and two hours per lesson.

We include the material consisting of board, paddle and leash. We also offer you the possibility of renting it so that you can practice on your own as long as you already have knowledge or have participated in one of our courses.

Surfari Surf Camp Surf Camps offers you stays for children from 10 years old and adults in which you can get the most out of our water sports school.

We are only 20 minutes from La Coruña , on Barrañán Beach, in Arteixo. Our location will also allow us to enjoy other areas of the Galician coast with excellent conditions for surfing and bodyboarding.

The Costa da Morte Surf Club camps:

- They are oriented to any age. We schedule groups for the little ones, youth and adults.

- We will have surf lessons starting from levels of initiation to improvement.

- Monitors certified by the Galician Surf Federation with a decade of experience in training at our school. They will permanently monitor minors for their safety.

- Activities for free time that the lessons leave us such as skateboarding, bodyboarding, beach volleyball and Pilates.
