In the Don Carlos Historic Winery you have the opportunity to travel to the fourteenth century to discover the beginnings of the wine culture in a key place within the province of Burgos in this sector such as the town of Aranda from Duero.

We will take you to know the galleries where our star product was stored more than ten meters under the subsoil , in search of the perfect temperature for its maturation and conservation, a visit that you can complete with anyone of our alternatives designed to enjoy wine tourism from different points of view:

- Tour of the winery with tasting : you will be able to participate in a course in which you will savor various wines with Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero. We can show you the keys to pairing it with recipes and mini-tapas, highlighting Iberian products.

- Dramatized visit to the Medieval Winery : this is a plan that you can do on Saturdays in which you will spend an hour finding out more about the past of the facilities with a wine tasting after having listened to the most important stories interesting of these caves.
