Description of Bodega Histórica Don Carlos

In the Don Carlos Historic Winery you have the opportunity to travel to the fourteenth century to discover the beginnings of the wine culture in a key place within the province of Burgos in this sector such as the town of Aranda from Duero.

We will take you to know the galleries where our star product was stored more than ten meters under the subsoil , in search of the perfect temperature for its maturation and conservation, a visit that you can complete with anyone of our alternatives designed to enjoy wine tourism from different points of view:

- Tour of the winery with tasting : you will be able to participate in a course in which you will savor various wines with Denomination of Origin Ribera del Duero. We can show you the keys to pairing it with recipes and mini-tapas, highlighting Iberian products.

- Dramatized visit to the Medieval Winery : this is a plan that you can do on Saturdays in which you will spend an hour finding out more about the past of the facilities with a wine tasting after having listened to the most important stories interesting of these caves. Minors from the age of 4 can also participate by exchanging the wine for must.

Description of Bodega Histórica Don Carlos Hen and Stag Dos

In La Bodega Histórica Don Carlos you can celebrate your bachelor party in a different and original environment.

Our facilities, with 7 km of underground cellars, are one of the most notable places of interest in Ribera del Duero . In them you can soak up the texture, color and flavor of our wines by participating in a tasting course led by a character set in the 18th century.

You will have approximately 2 and a half hours to start this exciting activity and share your impressions with friends with experiences with wine as the central axis that can be like these:

- Visit with face and Castilian menu : it is the most complete option for a celebration for which you do not want to miss a detail. You will start with a delicious cheese board from the Real Sitio de Ventosilla accompanied by the typical Castilian soup or by a perfect summer gazpacho. The tour takes place through the PradoRey Wineries.

- Tastings with tasting and pairing course : in addition to enjoying our products, you will learn to distinguish them and identify their quality.
