The Bodegas Alto Almanzora, family business located in Lúcar, (Almería), and founded in 2004, had the objective of offering a wine author, of great quality, at the best possible price.
The wineries occupy 3,000 m2 of plant, equipped with the highest technology, 600m2 of underground cellar and 1,000m2 of warehouse for finished product.
Owned vineyards, and purchases from associated winegrowers.
To the technology, and to the human team, there are ideal climatic conditions: the sun of Almería shines more than 3000 hours a year, providing the necessary degrees to our vineyards, located between
600m. and 1100m. above sea level. That same sky, at night, becomes a protective mantle, reducing daytime temperatures by up to 20 degrees and giving the right and necessary acidity to the perfect balance of our wines.
90% of the activity is made up of exports and the largest production is focused on the production of ESTE wine, a medium aging wine with a wide spectrum of flavors and aromas and a unique personality.
You can visit us on Friday mornings. We make visits of up to 20 people. With the visit, we include the tasting of 2 of our wines.
