This process is always carried out without adding any additives, using only its own ingredients, the aging of the wine begins in oak barrels.
In our cellars, subjected to constant analysis and with absolute cleanliness and temperature, the wine takes shape for years before a brief seasonal rest inside stainless steel tanks. Then its final bottling will take place.
