Description of Bodegas Perfer

At Bodegas Perfer we know that for our wines to be of the best quality it is necessary to have good raw materials, which is why we grow our own grapes.

Our wineries have 30 hectares in which we grow various types of strain:

  • Tempranillo
  • Grenache
  • Merlot
  • Cabernet Sauvignon

We have a privileged area because thanks to the altitude and the good weather conditions we have, we carry out the harvest earlier than other regions in the Almería area, with our harvest being at the end of August.

Our raw material is of the highest quality because we select the clusters that are in perfect condition by manually selecting the grapes.

The wines we make ferment at a temperature of 28º Celsius and macerate for approximately 25 days.

Finally, the wines that are destined for aging are placed in American or French oak barrels until they are ready for bottling.
