Clavería Barrabés is a company dedicated entirely to wine. In its wineries wines are grown and made in whose processes they try to intervene as little as possible. Located in Huesca now they offer the possibility of visiting their wineries and tasting their wines in their tasting room.
They use organic organic matter to grow their vineyards, they strengthen the vines with sprays of aromatic plants such as nettle, horsetail or chamomile. After the established time, the grains are collected and selected one by one, placing them in jars to avoid complex fermentations. All their wines are fermented with their skins. After this, we move on to micro-oxygenation. This is the complete process of some wines with minimal intervention.
Its 11th-century Mudejar winery has an oak barrel room where aging is improved and a tasting room where you can taste the house wines after visiting.
