In 1998, following the group's expansion policy, the idea of creating a new winery was created. It occurred to us that it would be a good idea to find new areas to make quality wines with our own grapes.
There the idea of creating Finca Antigua was forged. To do this we visited several areas throughout Spain. After visiting many farms, we ended up choosing these facilities. In this fabulous environment of Cuenca's geography, we have built a winery totally consistent with the style of wines we want to make.
The building is an example of avant-garde and efficient architecture. Inside you will find the latest technological innovations, but always respecting the artisanal care in the production of the wines that characterize this group with so much tradition in the sector.
Stone, steel and cement are fundamentally the materials that have been used to design a spectacular building made up of three large boxes, which contrast with the freshness of the pool of water that Finca Antigua encloses.
