It is a partially buried contemporary building that integrates into a natural environment surrounded by a forest of oaks and cereal fields.
Tandem is a design by two young Navarre architects: José Luis Vélaz Ballesteros and Iván Fernández Prados. With north orientation, the winery has been built entirely in concrete, so that the most optimal temperature for the elaboration and aging of the wines is maintained naturally.
Highlights a large front skylight that illuminates at night recalling the old custom of the Camino de Santiago when churches and hermitages illuminated their towers to attract pilgrims on their way to Compostela.
The elaboration is carried out in two levels:
Our wines are not clarified, nor cold stabilized and also, to make them reach the market in their best conditions, they also do not filter. As part of our firm commitment to quality, we age our wines in 300-liter French oak barrels that we renew every 3 or 4 years.
