Vera de Estenas

Vera de Estenas is a winery Valenciana that is located in Utiel . They have been manufacturing wine for years and years opening the doors of their cellar to visitors and offering them a tasting after the visit.

As the wine comes from the grape, the visit begins in the vineyards, where you will take a walk through the extensive fields that surround the winery. After the walk you will enter the facilities and you will be able to see how a high quality and artisanal wine is made. After the process that takes place with the wine you will go to the bottling and labeling room. In the bottled wine warehouse, the maximum time that the wine must remain inside the bottle and how long it remains in the room until it is released is explained. There is a correct way to store the wine and they will explain it to you there.

The last part of the visit is to see the museum that they have dedicated to wine and wineries, and then move on to the old fermentation teals, which is where all the bottles are currently stored. Finally, they will conduct a tasting for you led by an expert who will explain data about three of the wines produced in the winery.

Visits are made from Monday to Saturday and last for an hour and a half.
