At the El Fresal farm, recognized by the Canarian Institute of Agrifood Quality as a place where organic farming is carried out, you will be able to witness a vineyard production system that respects the environment and favors biodiversity and consumer health.
In the cabin they keep sheep and donkeys of Canary and African breeds, which contribute to the fertilization process of the vineyards.
