Elements Station is one of the official ski and snowboard schools of the Girona ski resort of La Molina/Masella. This station is located approximately two hours by car from the city of Gerona. As it is an official school, it has priority in the ski lift queues.
All the school's teachers have specific ski and snowboard qualifications and are professionals in teaching outdoor activities all year round. The school also has an agreement with INEF to collaborate with young university graduates. All of this works as a guarantee of the quality of its teaching, although the best guarantee is the hundreds of students who have taken its courses over the more than 7 years that it has been in operation. You can give courses for all levels in groups or, if you prefer, individually.
For its part, the La Molina resort is the ideal environment to learn to practice snow sports since it is large enough for everyone to have fun but not so big as to be unbearable. Specifically, it has 61 skiable kilometers spread over 53 slopes configured as follows: 13 green slopes, 16 blue slopes, 17 red slopes and 7 black slopes.

Elements Station Ski is a ski school located in the Girona resort of La Molina, two hours by car from the Girona station. The particularity of Elements Station is that it specializes in free ride courses, that is, for off-piste skiing. These types of courses are offered mainly for people who already have a good level of skiing on the slopes. That is why it is very important to do a realistic level test before, in order to be able to make homogeneous groups that have a minimum level. If the groups were not equal, the less advanced students could have a difficult time or, on the contrary, the students with a higher level could get bored...
Throughout the course you will learn to distinguish the different types of snow, and how to ski in each of them. The activity lasts 5 hours and includes video recording and a gift at the end of the course. The necessary equipment is the same as for skiing on the slopes, that is, skis, poles, snow goggles and warm clothing.
Dare to take your skiing level further by exploring off-piste in the company of a qualified and experienced instructor. The sensations change a lot and the emotion is greater.
There are also ski courses on the slopes.

For some people, snowboarding is almost a religion in which snow would be the god that riders worship by sliding their boards at full speed. For most, snowboarding is not a religion, but it is a very fun, exciting and easy snow sport to practice. Elements Station Snowboard offers courses for snowboarding, with special emphasis on free ride and free style modalities. The first refers to surfing the snow off-piste, in order to catch the freshly fallen nirgen snow. The second modality is the one in which jumps, tricks and pirouettes are practiced.
Logically, both courses are aimed at people who already have a fairly high level of snowboarding. This is because in order to do these activities calmly it is necessary to have good control of the board so that you can Turn when you want, where you want and brake quickly if necessary. Therefore, a level test is done beforehand to determine the level of the students and put them in a group similar to theirs. The homogeneity of the groups is sought to facilitate the acclimatization and progression of the students who join them.
The activity lasts approximately 5 hours, during which a video recording is also made and then delivered to the participants. Likewise, at the end of the event they are also given a small gift as a souvenir.

There are days when you are at the ski resort but you don't feel like skiing or snowboarding. In these cases, snowshoeing is a highly recommended activity. They allow you to do a very healthy exercise, breathe fresh air and take a nice, quiet walk. Elements Station Snowshoes offers this activity that takes place in the La Molina ski resort, in the province of Gerona.
The difficulty and length of the route can be modified and adapted to the needs of each group. Specifically, the groups must have at least 4 people and a maximum of 8. In addition, they will be accompanied by a guide who leads the expedition and indicates the path to follow at all times.
The daytime excursion lasts approximately 3 hours. There is also the possibility of doing a night excursion where participants walk at night with the help of a headlight. In this case, dinner at the El Fornell refuge is also included.
Snowshoe rental is also included. This shoe is much wider than normal shoes and fits precisely over normal shoes. Having a much larger surface means that walkers do not sink when stepping on the snow, thus reducing fatigue and the effort necessary to advance through the snow.
