Leitariegos

Leitariegos is a winter sports school in the Asturian mountains on the border with León in the Puerto de Leitariegos. On its slopes you can practice modalities such as alpine skiing, snowboarding and snowshoeing.

The 7 skiable kilometers of the resort make up a space where you can learn to ski or snowboard very comfortably and in a very pleasant environment, without crowds or long trips to the starting points of the descents.

Throughout the winter season and especially during the Christmas or Easter festivities, we organize ski, snowboard and snowshoeing courses lasting several days. You can also choose one-week courses or one-day courses. a single day.

With private classes of 1 and 2 hours and with group classes and courses of 1 hour and up to 3 hours per day.

We have a snowpark area with 300 meters of jumps and pirouettes, very attractive for lovers of this discipline.

We have many options with which you can fall in love with skiing on the slopes of the Leitariegos station. Choose the one you like the most and get ready to enjoy a few days of descents:

If for you the best way to move through the snow is on a snowboard, you are in the right place. Our school located in the Leitariegos ski resort in Asturias hosts snowboard classes on its quiet slopes.

You will be able to master this winter sport in a few sessions, although you will have to be patient because it is always difficult to gain stability on the board. We have a 300 meter long snowpark area to practice jumping.

From a single day with 3 hours of class to a weekly group course to become a snowboarding ace.

Take advantage of the holiday periods when we teach special courses. Christmas, Easter, Carnival or La Inmaculada are a great time to come to Leitariegos.

On both the Asturian and Leonese sides you can find accommodation where you can spend your stay in the mountains while you practice snowboarding.

We propose a very comfortable and entertaining winter activity in the Asturian mountains. A snowshoe walk around the port and the Leitariegos ski resort, the natural border between Asturias and León.

With these utensils placed on the soles of your feet you will progress without much effort along the more or less steep and snow-covered paths.

We can offer you a relaxed walk with little physical demand of a few hours or long journeys of a full day or even several days.

The Leitariegos ski resort, located at the western end of the Cantabrian Mountains between Asturias and León, is a reference point for winter sports. A station where you will not find crowds of people and you will be able to enjoy its different slopes to your heart's content.

The distribution in terms of levels of its 7 skiable kilometers of 1 green slope, 4 blue slopes and 5 red slopes. There is also a 300 meter long snowpark area.

A network consisting of 6 lifts will take you from 1,500 meters from the base of the station to more than 1,800 meters from the highest point.
