La Coma

What began 10 years ago exclusively as a raptor breeding center grew to become an important conservation center and nature classroom.

At La Coma, we have been able to arouse the interest and curiosity of people from the surrounding area and weekend visitors.
We have experienced constant growth, and regarding the recreational and leisure part, we offer important new features for school groups.

Due to this increase in general interest in the world of birds of prey and their environment, we began to organize workshops and teach courses in schools initially in the Catalonia area.

Subsequently, we have been visiting schools in the autonomous communities of Aragon and Andalusia, since we often make trips to raptor breeding centers and nature classrooms in these areas.

In these workshops and courses, we always receive a great welcome from both the students and the parents and teachers of the different centers from which they come to visit us.

On all the tours of our center, throughout the visits to the facilities, there will be specialized monitors who will provide an explanation of each of the different species that will be visited, their customs, and everything related to their natural habitat.

At La Coma, we have a great commitment to nature, birds of prey and the conservation of both. We strive to bring children into contact with this world, and instill in them the importance of its preservation.
