When you meet on the field we will start by explaining the rules. Are you paying attention? Well, point out: there aren't any! All you have to do is have fun. You can roll, fall or crash but respect your teammates. Don't forget sportsmanship!
Once you make teams (of 5 people) we will give you bibs to differentiate you. You bring comfortable clothing, we will also provide the harness and bubble.
Once you are ready, start running, you must score a goal! If you follow the music I'm sure its rhythm will help you in this one hour match.
