Club Camaleón 4x4 was founded in Ceuta in 1990. The reason for this business adventure was that a group of friends with whom we were united by the love of off-roading thought of founding a club to carry out routes in Morocco due to our geographical location. Our objectives are to enjoy nature and driving, especially through the Desert.
The name comes from the chameleon, a calm and versatile animal, native to Morocco. Our capacity is limited to 20 cars and 50 people. The off-road lover is usually a nature lover and a very active person.
Our philosophy: "Hurry kills." The roads of the world are a school where the spirit is tempered and tolerance and solidarity are strengthened. You learn to give and receive, to keep the doors of the house and spirit open and above all to share.
You learn to enjoy the little, to value what you have, to be happy in austerity and to celebrate abundance, you learn to listen and look, you also learn to love. I believe that whoever lives and walks paths with this spirit will not lack a friend wherever his steps take him.
Our activities are always directed towards Morocco; A year we make more than twelve trips to the Moroccan Desert with a duration of 7 to 12 days and about 60,000 km a year.
We would define 4x4 as the most exciting and non-stressful hobby you can have; When there is competition it becomes a sport. We are also present in Portugal through the Chameleon 4x4 Club Portugal.
