Aeroclub de Vitoria Heraclio Alfaro

Aeroclub de Vitoria Heraclio Alfaro is a company dedicated to the world of flight. We are located in the province of Álava, at the Vitoria-Gasteiz airport. Our origin dates back to 1953, although we have been in this location since 2006.

Our goal is to recover the importance that this flying club has always had.

We have the best facilities: 500 meter hangar with office and pilot school. We have different models of light aircraft: Cessna 172, Pipper PA-38 and an EC-AJR.

We have different pilot courses: private pilot course, aeronautical English courses, instrument flight course and private pilot refresher course.

The private pilot program has 100 hours of theoretical teaching and 45 hours of flight practice. You will learn everything from notions about meteorology or navigation, to performing complicated maneuvers in the air.

We also offer aerial baptisms for those who have never flown and wish to do so. They last 30, 45 or 60 minutes and you will fly over Vitoria and its surroundings.
