La Taponera

La Taponera is "the" place to learn the arts of interpretation and magic and, above all, creativity. Are you an adult? Have children? Everyone has their place here, in the heart of Madrid , and we have activities so that these activities do not fall into oblivion and are available to more people.

We are show professionals and we carry out experiences within our space in the capital, but we also move at home and wherever you ask us to and we can develop the activity. We participate in parties and events, participating in plays and film scenes , we propose you to be an actor or actress for a day ... we adapt to you and therefore personalize the experiences according to your tastes.

As for the kids, we have an urban camp for the summer months that will seem wonderful to them (and to the parents too). We focus the theme on magic , in the Carabanchel neighborhood, where kids from 8 years have a place to give shape your inexhaustible imagination. In addition to all the activities focused on facing and demonstrating skills to the public, they will learn to feel good about themselves and to respect others, also gaining essential social skills for their development as people.

We have costumes, makeup, material ... everything to get into the role well and participate in a very natural and fun acting adventure.

Did you know that you can take your kids to a magic-focused urban camp ? If your little ones are lovers of magic tricks and you want them to continue feeding their imagination, bring them to this camp in the Carabanchel neighborhood, a historic one in the city of Madrid where La Taponera has its facilities.

It is a reality that all the technological innovations are causing the isolation of the kids, more focused on the mobile screen than on trying new things far from it. That is why magic is an escape route for this situation, because children (and adults) have fun trying and discovering tricks that they have to teach in public, which will help them a lot in situations future of all kinds.

You can enroll your children from the age of 8 during the months of June, July and August . Apart from all the entertainment around magic, we will develop integration with others and the collective imagination, which leads to reinforcing self-esteem , social skills and improving communication problems, so common at an early age and how much it costs to correct. They will even learn to master their voice, vocalization and body movements while expressing themselves, tools that are essential to find a safe path when they are older.

The makeup , wardrobe and all the elements that appear on stage will also be discussed here, so that the magic becomes a show and they believe that they can do amazing things from childhood, while keeping in mind that the game is the common thread of the camp.

At La Taponera we seek to enhance that creativity that, sometimes, is hidden behind screens and lack of time. Especially in children , who have an imagination to exploit and who need to bring it out and have someone listen to them and admire their achievements. We believe that a great way to do it is through magic and interpretation.

We are in Madrid and we are experts in the show , so we bring our works to all those who want to get closer to magic. We have a space in our Carabanchel center where we do it, but we also move around the city to go home: to animate a party, events, birthdays ... they will be unique experiences created for each action, fully customized.

No matter the size of the group, we have been part of this for two decades and we also do it for the elderly. As adults we need a space for imagination, tricks and entertainment, so we organize events for you, in which you can feel like actors for a day and participate in magical plays and activities.
