It is no surprise to anyone that El Hierro is a unique paradise in the middle of the Atlantic, but from Bajo Tierra El Hierro we want you to know it as you have never imagined before: from its inside. Our caving routes are the most fascinating way to enter the heart of the island with experts who will not stop telling you curiosities about it.
We will pick you up at your place of accommodation or at a point that we agree between both parties so that you do not have to worry about anything at 10 in the morning . And since we do our departures every day from Monday to Friday, you won't have to miss out on discovering the island.
You will be accompanied by two expert cavers with official certificate, so the safety and guarantee that they will provide you with quality information.
We will discover all the secrets "Herreños" through our geological excursions discovering how this volcanic island was formed thanks to the genesis of its depths, traveling through its volcanic tubes .
Depending on the route chosen, the difficulty will vary as will its duration, since we can even visit two or three locations in the same outing. But equally, they are designed for anyone because we adapt to your preferences and desires, being the exit for a single person or for groups of up to 4 people maximum or our "special families" in which you can come up to 10 people .
We take care of the material. Each component of the group will be provided with a helmet with a headlamp, knee pads and gloves that we will provide you before starting the expedition. All you have to do is come prepared with hiking-type footwear, in the best mood and ready to spend 6 hours full of adventures.
Optionally, we offer the possibility of combining a speleological excursion with a visit to the “Extradivers” diving center where you can enjoy snorkeling in the “Mar de las Calmas”, a world-known diving paradise. If you decide on this, we will also provide you with a wetsuit, fins, goggles and snorkel .
During the excursion we will make a stop to regain strength and have a snack that we will take ourselves. Water, bread, cheese, olives and mojo sauce so that we do not forget that we are in the Canarian archipelago.
And so that you never forget the incredible experience that you will have lived, we will take photos that later we will make available to you for free so that you have the best memory.
