Would you like to learn safety techniques for mountaineerings? On this self-rescue course in Girona you'll learn everything you need to know regarding safety in mountain activities such as canyoning, climbing, via ferrata and caving.

It's a 1-day course on which you'll learn how to use the equipment and perform the required manoeuvres, such as properly tying knots. This is one of the techniques for safely carrying out an activity and avoiding having your life threatened.

Once the course is passed, you'll be able to put into practise everything you've learnt, thus knowing how to respond to unforeseen situations in any mountain sport.
