Boat route to the Sierra de Irta from Oropesa 8h

There is a very special place in Castellón that we want you to discover, but not in the traditional way, but in a totally genuine and enchanting way. We are talking about getting to know the Sierra de Irta, although our proposal is very different from the conventional, we are not going to propose a hiking route, but rather a boat route for its coastal part so that, for 8 hours, you can contemplate this beautiful coastline full of enormous cliffs and small, enclosed and intimate coves.

We will move away from conventions to discover this beautiful natural park bathed by the Costa del Azahar and we will do it with everything thought out, with a shared maritime excursion in which we already have everything organized . You will only have to gather your friends, come with a towel, swimwear, a change of clothes and sunscreen. The rest is on us, from the skipper to everything necessary to navigate. In addition, on board we will have drinks and you will have at your discretion our kayaks or inflatable tows to enjoy this boat ride even more. A maximum of 8 people can come, but if you are going to be more, just letting us know in advance will be enough, since we have 2 more sailboats in our fleet.

For this shared boat excursion to the Sierra de Irta, we will depart from the Oropesa del Mar Nautical Club and the only essential requirement is to have at least 6 crew members . Once we are all on the boat, we will begin our departure and enjoy a journey that will completely restore us. As we pass we will see countless corners: we will leave behind the Platja de la Renegá, we will see the La Concha Beach encased in its bay, and we will contemplate a seemingly endless coastline from the high seas. until you reach the Irta Mountains.

After a few moments sailing and traveling approximately 40 kilometers, we will finally reach the rocky mass that is the Sierra de Irta, a colossal mountain that opens to the sea and leaves a spectacular landscape before us. We will enjoy 12 kilometers of cliffs and ledges that give us intimate and almost completely empty beaches and sea caves. Enjoying some coves that are at the foot of a mountain means that we come across countless marine reefs, which makes it easy to find a rich and diverse marine life, so we will not hesitate to take a long and refreshing dip, at the end of the day.
