Descend the Sella by individual canoe with picnic

Haven't you made the descent of the Sella River yet? Then you have to sign up for this activity of sailing in an individual canoe through these river waters of Asturias.

This is an activity in the middle of nature, very close to the Picos de Europa, where the mountains, the water and the abundant vegetation will make you completely disconnect. Aboard a single-seater canoe, you will begin an exciting adventure in which you will not only enjoy the views, but you will also get some very healthy exercise in the upper part of the trunk.

You can make the complete descent, until you reach Llovio, in which case the activity will last about 4 hours; Or you can do the half of the journey until you reach the Toraño bridge, which will take about 3 hours. In either of the two options, we will pick you up from 3:30 p.m. in the case of the full course, or 2:00 p.m. in the event that you do half of it.

We will provide you with all the materials: the canoe, paddle and vest. In addition, you can enjoy a delicious Asturian picnic that includes empanada, preñau bun, almond paste and a bottle of water.

To make the rental, you must have the following requirements:

• Children from 6 years old or who are at least 1.20 cm tall.
• Know how to swim
• No health problems
• Mandatory to wear a life jacket
• Alcoholic beverages are not allowed
