Description of Canyoning in Picos de Europa Level I and II
The Picos de Europa are known by all for their landscapes and characteristic fauna, which give it a unique charm.
In addition to the typical routes, crossing the paths and the rivers you have the possibility to enjoy the beauty of the mountain through a "vertical journey"
The ravine descent does not present great problems if you feel like trying it, since we have different levels of difficulty adapted to your athletic condition and experience.
Specifically, the levels we have are:
- Basic initiation level (Level I): it is designed for those who have never practiced the activity and want to experiment without major technical complications.
- Level II : it is specially designed for adventurers with some experience in the activity.
The routes that we have in the Picos de Europa area are through Ribadesella, in Cabrales, Amieva, Llanes >, by Arriondas, Ponga and Cangas de Onís depending on the level you choose and the flow of the river.

***You only have to bring a swimsuit, a towel and toiletries.
The normal duration varies between 3-4 hours depending on the group.
There are two daily departures:
- mornings 9:15 a.m.
- afternoons 2:00 p.m.
- Purchase the activity with Fixed Date.
- Get the activity with Open Date. You'll have 90 days to activate the date.

Great Canyoning! It was our baptism and we loved it! We made a ravine level 2 in Amieva and a lot of fun, very safe and with some moment of "fibrillation" That comes very well xa release adrenaline ...
