Canyoning Yera initiation level 3 hours Vega de Pas

Are you a beginner in canyoning? Are you in Vega de Pas or somewhere nearby? Then try descending the Yera ravine, an beginner-level aquatic adventure to take your first step in this adventure sport. We tell you that there are few better places to practice canyoning than this area of Cantabria.

The approach to the starting point and the return are very close, lasting about 10 minutes. We begin the descent with 3 rappels, to give the pure canyoning a hard start, while the waters of the Yera River hit us while we are hanging from the rope.

The terrain is quite slippery, so the slides are fast and fun before reaching other rappels where you can use the rope. The jumps are your free choice, but we recommend that you do them so that you have a complete experience in this easy level canyon.

We will spend about 3 hours going down Yera, depending on the speed of the group.
