It is a medium-level ravine, so some experience is needed to carry out the activity, although our instructors will help you at all times. The descent takes place in the Bear Valleys, very close to the town of Quirós.
It is recommended to bring spare clothes and shoes, as well as a swimsuit, towel, flip-flops and, if you want, toiletries so you can shower or enjoy our pool after the activity.
