4h Lomo Alferez Canyon Descent

If you are a nature lover, read carefully what we are going to offer you, because now you can enjoy a descent through the Barranco de Lomo Alferez for 3 or 4 hours, The duration will depend on each one.

To be able to enjoy this experience, it is necessary that it is not your first time canyoning, since thelevel is basic-intermediate, but you do not need to be a canyoning professional either.

We have pick-up points depending on your location on the island, but you can come with your own car. When you arrive, you will see our monitor who will be in charge of giving you all the material that you are going to use throughout the activity and will briefly explain certain basic safety rules that you have to continue along the descent. When it's over, the fun begins.

For about 20 minutes you will walk calmly through a route full of old crop terraces. Afterwards, you will reach the first rappel of about 10 meters. When you descend, you will be able to observe the panoramic landscape of the Güímar Valley and the Socorro Mountain. They will surely leave you amazed when you see them. The highest descent you are going to make is one of 25 meters, sounds exciting right? After making a total of 9 rappels, we will return to our starting point and the activity will be over.

While you prepare the backpack that you are going to take for canyoning, don't forget to pack plenty of water, sunscreen and something to eat. That day remember to come with comfortable sports clothes and hiking shoes or sneakers.
