Descent of the Barranco de los Arcos 4h

Have you never done canyoning before? Well, don't wait any longer, because we have prepared a descent through the Barranco de los Arcos that will not leave you indifferent. For 4 hours you will be able to enjoy one of the best experiences of your life in la Orotava.

Our monitor who will be with you throughout the entire tour, guiding you and helping you in case you need help. To carry out this descent, you do not need to have any knowledge of the rappelling techniques that you will use during the activity. This experience has an intermediate level, so it is better if you have already done some canyoning descent before.

First, the guide will give you all the material you will need and then he will briefly explain some basic technical instructions on canyoning. Once that is over, the adventure will begin. The Arcos ravine begins by a forest track without inclination, so the beginning is simple, then the first rappel of about 22 meters will come. When you descend you will be able to see the famous rock formation that characterizes los Arcos, we are sure you will love it.

After doing the different rappels of the route, we will arrive at Chimoche, the end point of the excursion. After that, we will return to our starting point, and you will have already overcome all the natural obstacles of this amazing ravine!
