Descent of the Río Superior ravine in Anaga for 3 hours

Once all the adventurers are there, the guide will give you all the material you will need and will quickly explain some basic knowledge to you /strong> what you need to know to perform the descent correctly. As the instructor will teach you the movements that you will need to perform during the descent, you do not need to have previous experience doing this sport, since it is for beginners .
First we will walk along a flat path for a few minutes, then you will make your first descent of several meters. From there, you will be able to observe the vegetation of this natural reserve, unique in the whole world. In this ravine you will have to face different rappels and jumps such as the well-known Salto del Río, where you will have to overcome a jump of about 20 meters nothing more and nothing less!

The day you have your reservation, come with comfortable and sports clothes, sports or mountain shoes, plenty of water, sunscreen and of course, some food to fill your belly when you get a little hungry from the physical effort you are making along the route.
