The Barranco del Nacimiento is an impressive descent in the town of Millares - Valencia, known by the locals as "the abyss". One waterfall after another once used to generate electricity using an old hydroelectric generator now in disuse.
This descent allows you to admire nature in its purest form, the roots of fig trees, ivy and riverside vegetation fighting to occupy the space of the limestone rock protected by the flow of the torrent.
Apart from its scenic value, we find one of the most vertical sports descents in the Valencian Community with rappels of up to 60 meters in the middle of a waterfall.
