Here, we show you a short guide to help you choose among the different scuba diving schools of Valencia and decide for the one who adjust to your enquiries:
The first thing to decide is the place. Here, we provide you 4 zones to go diving in Valencia (even though there are more):
- Canet zone: Concretely, Canet d’en Berenguer, near the capital, just at 25 minutes from it. The immersions are carried out from watercrafts. In the different immersion areas is safe to say that you will meet and explore incredible seabeds with not-so-much unevenness but very rocky, where live a great variety of subuquatic animals and explore the holes, surface cracks and clefts.
- In Burriana Beach (in the south part of Castellón but near Valencia anyway): with sunken boats, dominated as wrecks. If you don’t know what is this, you can take a look at this articles about scuba diving with wrecks. It doesn’t have rocky seabeds, and still, knowing it can’t be so attractive for some, is a great zone to explore anchors, amphoras and a variety of elements that rests in the waters’ seabed without getting too far.
- Gandía Beach: a beach that, maybe, you already know for all the parties, but is much more than that. There are various spots to go diving that we recommend you to know: La Viñeta or Roca del Bairén, even though there a lot of other zones. Also, this zone has an attractive because it is really prepared when talking about restaurants and hotels.
- El Faro Beach and the Cullera zone: Really nice because of the visual features that the lighthouse in the south provides. Here, you will see a difference from other zones, you will find crystal clear waters, and greatly visited beaches by the swimmers that go snorkelling.
Once you chose the zone, is time to choose the scuba diving course, whether is for you or give as a gift. We recommend you to take a look to our offers of scuba diving in Valencia.
The most typical courses for the first experience are the diving baptisms. We also have a long catalog of PADI courses, from initiatory (Open Water Diver) or for those who already have degrees like the Advanced Open Water Diver. We also provide FEDAS-CMAS diving courses.
