Caving in Sierra de San Miguel, Llerena

We want to show you a very fun version of caving. This is the descent into chasms by rappelling, and we are going to do it in the Sierra de San Miguel, in the south of Extremadura in the town of Llerena at the foot of the beginning of Sierra Morena.

We will take a walking tour of this environment to find up to 3 of its cracks and chasms, which we will discover by going down them with the abseiling team. For this, the instructor will teach you the necessary techniques.

We will first descend the four mouths mines, then we will visit its interior discovering the steps created by the mining activity and we will reach the abysses of the Sierra de San Miguel by rappelling down about 30 meters.

It is a very fun way to get to know new places in Badajoz while doing a spectacular adventure sport such as caving.

Anyone can come to try this adventure, don't worry about age or ability.
