Description of La Imunía Cave caving route 4 hours

Experiencing firsthand what is found inside the earth is something indescribable. A recommended experience for all those curious people and eager for new challenges. If you come to Espinosa de los Monteros we will take you to explore the underground galleries through a caving route through the Imunía cave, in Burgos.

The route can be done at two levels, one for initiation and another for people with some experience. In both cases you will be accompanied by an expert caving instructor who will guide you through the corridors and galleries of one of the most spectacular caves you can find in Castilla y León.

With a karst profile, inside its galleries you will find all types of rock formations, among which stalactites and stalagmites stand out. So that you don't miss a detail, you will be equipped with a headlamp that will allow you to illuminate every step of the way. In addition, the instructor will explain everything about the training.

If you choose the route for a more advanced level, you will have to be prepared for a full day of adventure. We will take you down through the different galleries of this magnificent cavity.

*To practice caving it is not recommended to wear jeans or woolen clothing.
