Eccentric cave caving 3 hours

This cave is located in the Valle del Genal region, in the town of Igualeja.

The eccentric cave was discovered several years ago while a canal was being built to supply water to the town. One of the machines that were building the canal caused a landslide and this is how we found the cave.

Thisimpressive cavity is closed to control theft and breakage of the different formations and thus ensure that it is preserved in its original state.

In this cavity there are some of the most surprising geological formations. We can find organs, stalagmites. stalactites, lava flows and the same formations called eccentrics that give the cave its name. This type of formation is very rare to find but at the same time very beautiful to see and enjoy.

The organization of the cave is divided into two sections, one aquatic through which access is through an opening and another dry. Access to the cave does not present any difficulty, but extreme care must be taken not to break any of the formations that make this underground wonder so beautiful.
