Caving course in Torcal de Antequera 2 days

The Torcal de Antequera impresses with its characteristic karstic landscapes. What if we tell you that the insides of their depths will be even more exciting? Then, come and see for yourself! With our 2-day of initiation course to spelunking you will have the opportunity to be an insider of the secrets hiding in the mountains of Málaga.

This course will take us about 15 hours and is ideal for those who would like to take their first steps in the art of making vertical progressions to enter and leave the caves: master the rappelling technique to ascend and descend with the rope. So it will be focused on acquiring the most important notions of the underground world.

For this course to be taught, we need the group to be of a minimum of 3 future spelunkers. In addition, we will teach you to use the equipment necessary to perform this sport, including the helmet with torch, jumpsuit, harnesses and ropes to practice the knots, carabiners and descender, as well as a first-aid kit.

Our training will be divided into two different modules that complement each other: on the first day, we will dedicate it to putting into practice what theory we learn. All this, with the aim of going to explore one of the chasms of the Torcal de Antequera on our last day of the course.

Caving is a sport that will make you thirsty without you even realize it, so we'll also have a snack  during our break. In addition, we include transport service from Antequera to the different areas where we will carry out the practice of this course.
