We carry out courses in different caves on the island, so you can choose the one that best suits your place of accommodation and/or your tastes. Feel the excitement of entering a cave and discovering its secrets while you navigate its slopes, rappels, etc...!

We will discuss learning the basic caving technique:

material placement
fixed rope progression
installation and uninstallation of material
assembly of zip lines and handrails
notions of self-rescue
making a cave
