Mixed climbing initiation 4 days rock and boulder

We offer you a magnificent opportunity to start bouldering and rock climbing in a big way! We propose a program that combines the necessary theory, but above all, a lot of practice. 4 days living an unforgettable experience if you have never climbed before.

Here you have your work plan that we will adjust according to your progress in those days:

First day: Theoretical session
Duration: 2h - 2h 30min

• We present the course, explain the general rules, the safety elements, the material we will use, etc.

Second day: Rock theoretical-practical session
Duration: 6 hours.

• We will move to the natural environment, where we will teach a theoretical-practical session. We will learn basic terminology, how to tie knots, belay techniques, 2nd level climbing.
• We will learn to avoid the most typical mistakes in climbing.
• We will also explain the rope and descent safety protocols
• Finally, we will teach you how to transport and fold the rope.

Third day: Rock practice
Duration: 6 hours.

• This session also takes place in the natural environment. We will remind you of everything we learned in the previous days, and we will put it into practice.

Fourth day: Bouldering practice
Duration: 4 hours.

• We will dedicate this session, in the gym, to practicing bouldering. You will learn the technique and basic training.

We provide you with all the technical material that you need for the course (rope, harness, helmet, footwear, safety elements, accredited technician), in addition to the transport and >safe. You will only have to bring comfortable clothing appropriate to the time of year and a desire to learn and have fun climbing.
