Description of Initiation climbing in La Rioja

If you have no experience in climbing and want to try this sport, this is your lucky day. We give you the opportunity to go on a climbing trip so you can learn how to do it in a simple and quick way.

You will go up little by little until you reach, at most, 20 meters. A specialized guide will give you the basic guidelines and notions of how it is done, how the material is used, etc. We will lend you all the necessary material: helmet, carabiners, ropes, harness...

In total it will be about four hours in which you will learn to practice climbing correctly. In a fun and simple way you will discover that it is a healthy, easy and very entertaining sport. The only thing you should keep in mind is that the minimum age to practice it is 16 years old and parental authorization is required.
