Climbing baptism in Tarragona with photos

Discover climbing activity in Tarragona! If you have never practised this amazing sport, we strongly recommend you to start in this baptism in which, with the help of a guide, you will initiate yourself in the vertical world of climbing.

A specialised climbing instructor will give you a series of basic techniques for the rock progression with a rope, as well as the essential security skills like how to belay. We are talking not only about physical exercise, where the strength in the arms and the movement of the feet are fundamental when climbing up, but it also a sport that requires mental, acuteness, and where your willingness to self-overcome your difficulties will play a crucial role.

We will spend the entire day, from 10 am. to 5 pm. so it will be approximately 7 hours, out in the nature. For that reason, we advise that you to pack water, energy bars, fruit or dried fruits as a snack or food for lunch.
