The ascent to Bastiments is a great option if you want to enjoy mountain skiing in Gerona.
For this expedition, you only need to have your own equipment (or rent it), and have been introduced to alpine skiing, knowing the parallel descent.
The Bastiments is located in the area of Vallter 2000, and has a summit of 2880 m. The route that we will take has a positive slope of 900 meters.
We meet at the first parking of the station, and we begin the ascent along the Chalet track, arriving at the d'Ulldeter refuge. We continue the ascent to Coll de la Marrana and begin the final ascent, along the south face of the peak.
Apart from the technical material, you should bring appropriate clothing for mountain activities, food, water and sun protection (face cream, glasses, etc.).
