Climbing to the mountain Bastiments is a great choice if you want to try skiing in the mountain of Gerona.
For this tour, all you need is your own equipment (you can also rent it), as well as having started Alpine skiing and knowing how to parallel drop.
The Bastiments is located in the Vallter 2000 area and has a height of 2880 meters. The route that we do has a positive slope of 900 meters.
We'll meet in the first parking lot of the ski resort, and we'll begin climbing the slope of the house, arriving at the d'Ulldeter shelter. We'll continue climbing until we get to Coll de la Marrana and then we'll begin the final climb, up the southern side of the peak.
Appart from the technical materials, you must bring suitable clothes for mountain activities, as well as food, water, and suncream (face cream, goggles, etc.)
It's an amazing experience in the snow that you can't miss!
