It is only one day for training and to learn, in a practical way, several techniques of progressing in the snow: ascending and descending; using the alpine skiing equipment. We will focus on the safety measures mainly.
We will ascend some peak of the ski resort with a low difficulty to help you to consolidate your knowledge without any kind of risk.
We will meet in the first parking in Vallter 2000 in the early morning.
If you want to come with us, you just need to have prior experience in the alpine skiing and control the descent on parallel tunnels.
Don't forget to bring the necessary equipment for this activity, and of course, suitable clothes for the weather, food and water.
