Open Water Diver PADI 18m in Villaricos

Would you like to be a freelance diver? Take this Open Water Diver course with us at Villaricos and learn the keys to immerse yourself in the sea independently. If you like the sensation of swimming among marine fauna and flora, you will not regret it. And the thing is, that in over 4 or 5 days, you will notice how you begin to master the technique and you will obtain the title that allows you to reach 13 meters depth.

The PADI course is divided into 5 theoretical modules taught by a professional instructor, 5 dives in a swimming pool for practice and 4 dives in the sea, that will be done from the coast or from a boat, depending on the route.

It is convenient that you go to the classes having read the OWD manual that we will hand you in and having watched the DVD. So the theory will pass faster and we can spend more time practicing, the really exciting thing!

After getting used to breathing in confined waters, it's time to jump into the sea! We will do it progressively, first with dives of 2 to 3 meters, then with others of 6 to 9, 12 and 16 to 17. The emotion will hit its maximum level when you reach the 18 metres!

The only thing you need to sign up is to bring a medical certificate confirming your physical condition is appropriate to dive (you can get it from our center). Remember that, in addition, in our facilities located in the port, we have showers and changing rooms so you can change.
