Our highly qualified monitors will be in charge of teaching both the theoretical and the practical part of this training. This course consists of two theoretical sessions that will be taught in person and will last about 2 or 3 hours.
Once the theoretical part of this course has been passed, we will get down to work, and we will do the first diving session in confined waters. It will be a safe practice, since you will do it accompanied by a professional diver and it will generally take place in a pool or on an Asturian beach near Gijón, always at a shallow depth.
Next, you will be prepared to descend to the deep seas of the wonderful sea of Gijón, we will practice everything we learned during the course and then you can improve your buoyancy >at sea during improvement practices.
